We have just released a new online training course in ISO20000, aimed at organisations either thinking about or implementing ISO20000.

I have put online a full module free for a month or so that walks through the certification and implementation process - I would appreciate any feedback from ITSMF forum members if they get a chance to take a look? :D

http://www.iso20000-training.com - and go to the online demo on the left hand side.  The whole of module 4 is online, which covers a reasonable amount of content.  Once I have feedback we will reduce the amount of the course we show, so if you find it restricted please let me know, and I will make it available to ITSMF members.
