Question from Rae-Maree Powell (itSMF Australia):
Do you have any idea on when the ITIL Live website will be up and running? It is referred to extensively in the Introduction to the ITIL Service Lifecycle text.
The URL http://www.itil-live-portal.com is quoted in the ITIL V3 Service Lifecycle publications.

| I understand from TSO that a new landing page will be provided within the next week or two with some basic information about the ITIL Live portal. There is no published delivery date for the full service.

I've been wondering about that too. I thought that we were going to see the process diagrams from Jeroen Bronkhurst there some time last year.
I'm also not sure about how this site differs from the TSO on-line option for the ITIL v3 books. The TSO on-line option offers, in future, updates to the volumes and additional information.
It isn't clear to me which additional information will be available free on the site mentioned in the Lifecycle book and which will only be available to those who have paid for the on-line access.

It would be very helpfull if some actual details could be provided on the site rather than a blank white page with a one liner as the total of the information provided.
Also - is there any word when the itsmf.org site will be back on-line as a full web site?

In answer to your second question about the International website, the new version hosted will be launched at the end of February, and details about this will be posted both in this Forum and on the Interim website.
I will ask my Publications colleagues to answer the first part, and will bring it to their attention, but this is a TSO website, not itSMFI
